Used to make direct, clear, and precise orders and make decisions.Use in emergency, and to direct work of inexperienced employees.
Democratic leader
one who includese employees in making decisions when to use.Use to monitor quality work of employees.Direct the work of employees working as a team.
Open/Laissez-faire Leader
Gives little or no direction to employees.Use to monitor achievements and commmunicate reguarly with employees.Direct the work of experienced and trained employees.
