Planning

Organizing
A management function that includes designing the structure of the organization and creating conditions and systems in which everyone and everything works together to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
Organizational chart
A chart that shows how a business is structured and who is in charge of whom
Top-level Management
People who are responsible for setting goals and planning for the future. They have titles like president, vice president, chief executive officer (CEO). Top-level managers usually consist of a small group of people or even one person.
Middle Management

Operational manager
